Ticketing System Procedures for Event Organisers on www.Ticketcoup.com

  1. Register for your Event Organizer account.
  2. Approval for Account opening will be reviewed by Ticketcoup management.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a notification email to ‘Create your Event’.
  4. Create your event
  5. Ticket sales payments by the customer will be paid to Organiser Bank account.
  6. Organiser will check if payment is received and update the status of the Ticket to ‘Paid’.
  7. System will automatically email the Ticket to the customer.
  8. Organiser can print a Ticket Sales summary for use during the event. QR code scanning available for easy checking of Ticket proof of purchase.
  9. After the Ticket sales is closed, Organiser will pay Ticketcoup 5% of the Ticket sales amount.
  10. Event begins.
